They sent me a text identifying themselves as Ciara Anderson and that she and her husband want to spend 7 nights at our place. But given what I've seen below, unlikely to happen! Thanks for reporting this. Clearly they are on the prey to do bad things to people with short term rentals.
I received an email from Dr. Ciara Anderson who asked me to tutor her 13 year old daughter. Obvious scam as she requested to pay me whatever fee in advance without references. In these scams they send you a Western Union Money Order for thousands more than requested and ask you to cash the check, keep your fee and return the balance. I once contacted the FBI on such a deal and they sent me to the Post Office for mail fraud. The government and FBI doesn't really give a damn about these scams, they only worry about Muslim haters looking to blow up the building and innocent Americans. Obviously more important.
