Person was very rude and unprofessional. Mention health concern for not purchasing time share and he mocked me. I called number back to ask for manager and the same person deiguised his voice as Michael. Ask for manager and he said he was. Asked for address to report my problem, he proceeded to give me a address from another State than the caller ID. When I asked for the New York address he slammed the phone in my face.
