Yes I was contacted by the same name and number saying that they were when I called back they said they were from the investigation form of the IRS the guy gave me his ID number and it was 94212 his name was supposedly agent John black when I asked him if I call the IRS back with a confirm he is identification and or would they say that they were running a scam and he said [***] you and hung up
Received a computerized message at work saying there was a warrant out for our arrest if we failed to respond to the magistrate. Also said it was the second attempt to contact. Never heard from them before and since there were no details I assumed it was a scam. We would have been served papers. The end of the message had this number to call back.
