Got a call from an Alexandra Wilcox threatening to send a "case" to a judge if I did not comply. I told her that I did not have any pending cases and that she could do whatever she needs to do...she hung up! I called back and she hung up again. The third time I called, someone else answered and asked for my phone number so that they could pull up my "case". When I told her that that would not be necessary and that I would like to speak with the women that hung up on me...she quickly placed me on hold before I could finish! This is a scam. They are claiming that I have unpaid payday loans! A joke. Scary because they had the last 4 of my SSN, an old address, and my cell #...
Got the same call as the previous comment. This is a total scam. If they really have a pending case they should contact you by mail, in writing. Do not give them ANY info including don't repeat them back your contact number! Or else they'll know your number is legit and perhaps sell your info to other scammers.
