This is a telemarketer phone scam or financial fraud attempt at best...robocall that asks about your back taxes, bad debt or tax liens (if any) and if you would like their help to press #1. SCAM. Added to my phone number reject list. They have called repeatedly on my useless (DNC listed) blocked cell phone number and I finally answered....it is the number I used on my tax returns and with TD Ameritrade accounts, which I know were hacked a few years ago when I started getting unsolicited financial stock advice via spam text messages. I had to eliminate my text service altogether to stop the messages from appearing daily. Now tax related phone calls...great.
