Said they were First Citizens Bank and I was approved for a cash loan of $10k and asked me if I still interested, I said no and they hung up... I would say it was a scam if it was a real bank they should have said something like thank you for your time or at least ok thank you good bye. I keep getting calls from this number. They say that they can give me a loan. Caller could barely be understood. Asked to speak to poc at the bank. Couldn't do that. I get two calls a day, every day. Sounds like bs to me.

Common scam operating out of India and Pakistan. No legitimate lender is going to lend you money over the phone.Ignore and block these kinds of calls. In any event, upfront fees for loans are illegal in most American states.
