Said they were First Citizens Bank and I was approved for a cash loan of $10k and asked me if I still interested, I said no and they hung up... I would say it was a scam if it was a real bank they should have said something like thank you for your time or at least ok thank you good bye. I called First Citizens Bank... they said it is not them.... this is a scam
Just add a contact to your phone, name it stupid people. Record a one second sound recording of nothing, a blank sound, then assign that as the ringtone for it.
