Be wary....knows your name but hangs up.  Possible/probable ID thief.

said they were from PG&E, told them I've asked to be on their do not call list and they quickly hung-up

Represents themselves as being from PG&E calling regarding 'energy survey'. NOT from PG&E. Hung up before they could go on.

Called asking for my deceased mother, then hung up. I tried to call back but it was a busy tone.

called back and it was busy
Called -- left a message on voicemail with no words..just air no voice
How can they keep calling if we are on a do not call list?
