Did not recognize this number on incoming caller ID waited for message, none left

At least once a day receive call from this number. Caller Id shows Pleasanton ,CA

I looked up this number on whitepages.com and it lists bandwidth.com as their voIP service provider. voIP stands for "voice over internet protocol." It is a way to provide/receive telephone service through the internet.

I called them at (855) 692-6684 and the person who answered the line forwarded me to a complaint desk. That person asked me to fill out this form:  http://bandwidth.com/report-potential-aup-violation

I suggest you do the same.

Calls keep coming in, when I answer the caller hangs up.
