Called the last three days, didn't leave a message when calling back a non descriptive answering machine picks up and says there is an "estimated wait time of over 10 minutes", then another message comes on telling you to leave you name and number and they will call you back. This same message plays all the time, including midnight when I tried. Suspicious.

No message. Weird id. Blocked.

If it was a V followed by a series of numbers, then that is the date and time of the call.
