Called and left a long voicemail of background noise in a call center. Can make out a lady trying to sell a vacation package, so this is some kind of telemarketer.
Ignored a call from this number earlier today. As the CID only said California, I know no one in California, and they didn't bother to leave a message, they've been blocked.
