CID said Martinez Ca. When I answered, there was click, a noise that sounded like a microphone being switched on, a burst of background noise, then  nothing. Someone's equipment doesn't work very well. I called back and a woman with a thick accent which I had a very difficult time understanding, asked if she were speaking to my wife. When I said (obviously) no, she hung up. Blocked.
