Who called from 9255243190

This number has called my cell phone, numerous times and I live in British Columbia, Canada.  Whoever does this, will call thru out the day and night.  I have called this number back, in which all that is said is this: "Welcome to Customer Service and someone will be with you shortly".  While supposedly being on HOLD, for a very long time, nobody answers the phone!!  Oh yes....they never leave messages!

What I'd like to know, is how they got my cell phone number in the first place??  As stated before, I live in BC, Canada and my number as per my cell phone provider, comes up as Unknown Name, Unknown Number always.

First time this number called my cell phone. Left no message.I'm placing it on the block list.

This number called my cell phone - rang and left no message.  About 15 minutes later I got a call from 925-364-6156 - rang and left no message.

Same exact thing happened to me with same numbers I blocked them both

Foreign speaking woman hard to understand.When you ask her what she is calling about she hangs up. She is now on my do not call list!!
