I answered on the 2nd ring, no conversation.  No response after I said Hello 3 ro 4 times.  I hung up.  If it's automated, it's probably a telemarketing call.  Those I don't have time for.

No message was left.

I called the number back. It was WaMu Card Services.

This is one of more then a dozen numbers from the same area code and prefix that calls my cell phone, leaving no message on voice mail or not speaking when I answer. Even though I said hello 3-4 times.
