Keep getting calls repeatedly and when I pick up there is no one responding.

Had a missed call from this number. First attempt to call back, got hung up on immediately. Second attempt, got a recorded message saying, "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and try your call again." No, thank you, I won't.
