When I answered there was the usual robo-dialer delay and then 'call center' noise, and a voice started to say something and was cut off.
A similar fake number (925-751-1218) was calling last week from a solar energy 'lead hunter' trying to set appointments to sell to local installers.
Yet another annoying solar energy shill calling from an invalid number.

As noted above, a solar 'appointment setter' telemarketing company cold-calling for leads.
When asked what company she was calling for, she said "Go Solar Initiative" - a state of California program.
There is no such company, there is a state Go Solar California program, but they don't robo-call people.
When I tried to find out what actual company she worked for - she hung up.
