I have received one call every business day for the past week from this number, usually around 6:00 ET, and every one of the calls has been an automated solicitation for "Ooma Office". The previous call I sent to voice mail for reference. It directed me to call a different number and speak to Ben Brand, whom LinkedIn tells me is in fact a marketing manager for Ooma Office. I wonder if he realizes that his name is being used in unwanted solicitation calls?
I may call the number just to see if my number can be removed from their list, but as far as I'm concerned these calls are harassment.
I've received several calls over the past few days from this number. The first few were recorded solicitation messages. The most recent one was a live person. I answered but didn't say anything, knowing it was the same number that called, and the young woman asked, "hello?" then she hung up. I called the number back and received a different recorded voice that asked me to wait for the next salesperson. Yeah...sure...I'll wait...you guys just hold your breath while I wait, patiently, right here, for the next salesperson...!!!
