This is the second time this person has called our office and I answered both times. They claim to be calling from Windows and want to "show" me how to access error reports on my computer. Today, I told him I didn't have a PC and that I was running a MAC. It's obvious that when you ask questions it throws them off because the phone kept "pausing" and the last time he tried to put me on hold it didn't work and I heard him tell someone in the background what I said and ask what he should do! (He said something about a Safari browser and I told him that I didn't use it and when he asked what browser I used, I told him that if he can see my computer, then he would know. I also told him that I didn't have email or Facebook). The person didn't have an answer so he hung up on me! I knew it was a scam and should have just hung up but needed some Friday afternoon humor!
