Echoing what Annoyed just said... Punctuation makes a big difference in clear communications. Makes it easier to read. Maintains the language. How's that latin or aramaic going these days? IF this is a real charity company, you can not report the call as they are exempt from the do not call laws. That doesn't mean you can't block them if you have that feature though.
This number just called me just now, says "Hello, this is Mark Campbell, how are you today?" Then long silence until my answering machine hung up the call.
