Haven't had a call before from 929-223-0092. My ID'er showed Neighbor also. I didn't answer since the area code is the New York area which is NOT a neighbor to Texas.
This call comes frequently. Caller ID says "Neighbor," whatever that's supposed to mean. I let it ring and go to voice mail but they never leave a message. It is very annoying to say the least.
I just got a call. First one from this number. It is irritating. The 223 prefix is the same as mine so I had to look twice. The caller ID showed "Neighbor" on mine, too. I said to myself, "Sure you are!"
