CID="NEIGHBOR", cracked me up. :-)
929 is an area code for NYC, I'm in Illinois, hardly a "neighbor".
Call disconnected when answering machine picked up, so no message.

Today was the second robo-call I've gotten with a male recorded voice saying "DON'T HANG UP!!  This is not a ..."  (At which point I hang up.)  I don't find the number in my call log, though there is an "Unknown name" call on August 16, 2014 from 929-223-0099, and when I check on that number, people have been complaining about a scammer who sometimes uses the caller identification of "Neighbor" and who is asking for credit card information for various services for seniors.

Caller ID showed Neighbor @929-224-1828. I'm in the DC area, and the last I checked, NY was about 270 miles from here. No message was left.

Just got this call ... no neighbor since we are three states away. Looks like a robo from the reports above. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

Just checked my voice mail. This is a 'medical alert' robo call. So sick of these people ... they are relentless!!!
