Caller threatened that I would be arrested for something unspecified (couldn't understand the robot voice).  My response?  Please do!  I would like nothing better than to see these scumbags in court.

I called the number back and I asked where they were located and his first response was "do you want to [***]" HA HA HA

they said that it was a federal criminal offense and told me there would be consequences if I didn't reply

The same thing happened to me yesterday. They left message with case number and same threatening about federal criminal offense....

This was a recorded greeting, very robotic - saying it was basically the IRS second attempt to keep me out of court and "help us to help you" blah blah blah... I am not calling them back but it is a scam.
