its fraud calls do not answer or call back, getting voice mail from indian guy who says his name stupid

Some guy with a Chinese accent leaving me a message on my cell phone saying that there is a criminal investigation between Homeland Security and IRS and if I don't call back to get this issue cleared up, a warrant will be issued for my arrest tonight.  These guys are creative.  They should be writing TV crime shows.

Got the same exact info call by an Indian guy. The "American nightmare", the IRS teaming with Homeland Security".... A new theme for Halloween!!
