They told me i owe a payday loan but couldnt provide info.. They rude and obnoxious talking over you to make you believe such info. But debit cards dont accept nor participate in payday loans. Then they told me to send 400 dollars to take it out of litigation to start paying restitution to jump start a payment plan..i wish someone puts an end to theyre bumfoolery.
Total scam. They asked for myself or my attorney. I had numerous threatening messages. My attorney wanted the docket number, county and state where the lawsuit was filed. They said we need to talk to you first. My attorney called the Attorney Generals Office in Florida. Pam Bondi.
