Who called from 9362191123

Message was in french and it sounded like it was from Banque Nationale, I was curious so I called back and of course not in service,  These scammers must be contacting people in Quebec

Yes, I am in Quebec and got that call - and did not pick up.  I am French,and it used to be when a scammer would call, it was always in English (from India or Africa or other country), so I pretended not to understand and eventually, they stopped calling since they could not scam me.   I guess other scammers  caught up to that.  thanks for posting your message 'feathers'.   P.S. Using a 'Air Horn' also helped curb the calls.

Got a call from this number. Someone spoke French and asked questions.  Semms they have nothi g else to do but scam.

if it is from the banque national, i will stop doing business with them.can`t stand unwanted call.
