Its a Texas area code.  Obviously its a cloned or faked number, ergo SCAM.

I'm in Quebec and I just received this call this morning. I have to say that I regularely receive these kind of phonecalls every week, several days a week. I realised that it's everytime I buy something on the internet and have to provide my phone number. If any of you who bought something on the internet just like me and are receiving these faked phone calls, this means that what I've figured is true. I know that the CRTC along with Canadian and American autorithies are managing to find a way to stop these unwanted calls. Just hope something is done in a near future as I'm really getting fed up with these calls.

I received this call  on  Dec. 12th, afternoon.  I do not answer unknown tel nos.I know this is another scammer
