I actually picked this one up, it was a Robocall letting me know that my student debt relief was flagged for a special promotional discount and to press 1 to talk to someone and 2 to decline the offer...... I have no student debt.
Never press 1, if the robocaller requests you to. This doesn't take your number off their call list, it confirms that your number is active, so they can sell it to telemarketing companies.
I finally picked up today after ignoring this phone number for days. they never leave a message. When I answered, hispanic accented female voice asked to speak to me by name. I asked who was calling and she gave me a first name. I asked why she was calling; she said it was Medicare services. I asked, "are you calling from medicare?" She hung up. I'm not on medicare.
