I actually picked this one up, it was a Robocall letting me know that my student debt relief was flagged for a special promotional discount and to press 1 to talk to someone and 2 to decline the offer...... I have no student debt.
These are scammers, period. Trying to get your personal info. Three calls this morning within 30 minutes from TX, AL, and NY. Reporting these seems to be useless because everyday I get at least 2 bogus calls and they never leave messages.
