checking caller I D unfamiliar number thought i would ck it out.

got a call from this number during school yesterday at 1

it is Dayton Power and Light customer service saying they wanted to let me know my budget amount was changing.  no idea why they didn't just leave a message.

I just received a missed call on my cell. They didn't leave a message.

I got this call on my cell phone...didn't recognize the phone number, so I let it go to voicemail.  It was Dayton Power and Light telling me my power has been restored??  I live in Florida, STUPID!
