How sketchy is it that a supposedly legitimate utility company calls without any ID on their caller info, refuses to leave a message and (when I answered) nobody was there.
Sorry DP+L...you come across as loan sharks sometimes. Are you running these calls out of someone's basement?
Identify yourself in the call, if it's important, leave a message. If it's not important, simply don't call.
How tough is that to really grasp? You're providing services to CUSTOMERS. The least you can do is to at least TRY to act like you want to connect with them instead of hiding behind some suspicious, unidentified number and not leaving messages. That's just kind of creepy if you ask me.
