"Important message about your timeshare" Didn't give company name. I decided to press #1 and ask for the name of the company. The woman said she was taking reservations for the timeshare seminar next week. I said "what's the name of your company" she asked me to hold a minute and hung up on me.
Caller either hung up or was intercepted by blocking service afer one ring. Caller ID indicated this number and name, "Cell Phone" Either way good riddance to them!
What gives? Do government checks come out today (March 22) and the scammers are on the hunt? This is the sixth spam call since 8:00 AM this morning: four on landline and two on cell phone. Most days I get one or two spam calls on the landline and rarely get any bogus call on my cell phone.
