I picked up call without speaking, just to hear what I could hear. I heard a long silence, then this loud doup sound, then this perky man says "Hello, this is Mark Campbell, you are you today! Hello......are you there?" Then he hung up. He has called before from other numbers.
He also calls from 562-266-9079 LaHabria, Calif. wants money for American veterans.
