Who called from 9379492988

Keep getting calls but it hangs up if I don't answer. If I answer, get an automated message from CBE group looking for someone with my last name but an unknown first name. They appear to be spoofing a local number since this number is "invalid" when I try a reverse phone number lookup.

I keep getting calls from this number and if i answer it says, please hold for the next available representative.
