I got this very same call from a "Franklin Grant" today. He claimed I owed on an old payday loan and threatened to serve me papers at work or home. I just filed a complaint with the CFPB. Hope they catch these scum before they can steal money from someone.
Franklin Grant is using another number in NJ: 973-370-8285. Beware anyone stating that they are collecting on an old payday loan or threatens to serve you papers.
