"If you would like to speak with a Microsoft Engineer press1". These scam artists appear to be back. I thought the FTC put 2 of these con men out of business. No longer using live callers from India they are using robo- call messages.

They are back and when you hang up on them they call you back. I love playing with these guys but so sad people fall for it. I wish someone could stop these thieves.
I am a young teenager 12-14 and I recieved a call from them. Luckily i knew what to do. When the asian "microsoft employe" asked me if it was my computer, I told him I dont know and asked him to find out. Then I asked if I should grab my parents purse for their credit information. He asked to speak to my parents on which I hung up. I got it all on video too!
