Along with the dialing prefix, crazy caller ID, the call back leads to "number not in service". Spoofed caller ID, but they didn't use much imagination. Everything here is a clear sign of scammers at work, unusually retarded ones at that. Block this number.

This call is an attempt at gaining access to your computer. If you answer this call you WILL be talking with someone that WILL plant serious RANSOMware or other malware on your computer. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL. If you do put them on hold and call law enforcement.
