I blacklisted the number without answering. If they claim they're from Microsoft and that your PC is causing errors, they're trying to get you to connect to them remotely to "fix" the errors. What they'll do is lock up your computer and hold it ransom for money. What they show you as errors...... that info shows on everyone's Microsoft OS PC. String 'em along with your PC disconnected from the network and then tell the India Indian that you're about to butcher a cow and have a fresh steak..... cause they hold the cow as sacred. You could tell 'em some "your Mom" jokes too. If you got the time and want to have some fun.
