this [***] stated that he works for a law firm and now he is with olympia law firm and my mother has a firm and he tell you that everyone is a scam and liars and when i asked for his contract and attorney name he got defensive and just gave me the run around he also tried to get a power of attorney over my grandmother to steal her money what a does and his lawyer steve gohari look this loser up he got disbarred already
Nate called me totally unprofessional to inform me that I had screwed up by going to the competition for assistance in getting surplus funds.. I'm glad I did not do business with this piece of s***.
Received a call yesterday from 949-407-6204, said his name is NADE from Olympia Law PC. Same story as others, money waiting for family from sale of deceased father's home. He did have most all of the other family members names and referred to them as well. Claimed there is a judgement to be paid to someone we don't recognize but there is still $113,000 to pay to family members. Wanted to send a notary to the house first thing in the morning, will only charge 20%, a deal because others charte 33.3%, and warned that others will be calling. Others have called and conveniently slur the names of the companies they represent and speak very quickly when leaving voicemail messages. We stopped answering calls after the 3rd one and have already noticed a drop in the frequency. Our attorney said this is a scam.
His last name is Ahmed. Nate Ahmed called my 85 year old grandmother and scared her into thinking that she had to do something with them or lose everything. Watch out for him!!
Got several calls like others mentioned. Tried to tell us they were the only company handeling the money for the trustee from a foreclosure sale. And because of that they are charging 33%. If we didn't sign with them right away would lose all our rights to the money. If they were the only company why would they charge so much. Come to find out that the trustee don't assign this to anyone. They are a third party company soliciting business and there are many out there. Nate and Olympia are trying to scare people into thinking they are the only ones in hopes of beating the competition. Also in doing research California is a custodial state so worst case senario and we collect 10 years from now the state is obligated to be custodians of that money and we collect then minus interest which I know is far less then the 33% they charge. Olympia is a scam company and Nate is bad news!! Beware!!!
