Says he was calling Derek (Derdk) West regarding my mortgage, he did address me by name, and his accent sounded middle eastern. I asked how I could verify he was representing U.S. Financial whether by employee id and where I could verify. He appeared to stumble a little while he was looking something up. I asked to be removed from their list and ended the call. I probably shouldn't have answered in the first place.
