Obvious new scam number.  If they were legit, it would have the name of the person or company.  Called and left no message.  Assuming telemarketer.

the owner most likely has a junior high level education and enjoys tasty dog food for meals.

Phone screen displayed IRVINE CA and this number. I don't answer calls from unrecognized numbers, and no message was left. I just blocked this one. Everybody else should too.

If you answer the phone you'll get 3-4 more calls from random number within half an hour.
