Have received several of these calls lately, no one is there when I answer - no recording - just the annoyance of another damn call!! Why can't we stop this stuff?????

Caller ID said, cell phone, Did not answer. Machine picked up, caller hung up. on 10-6-2014 at 8:06pm eastern time.
