SCAM LOAN MODIFICATION! Omar Gutierrez, Primary Home Solutions, dpripc.com. They charge upfront fees which is illegal!

I received a call from this company and I live in New York. I almost got scammed! How do I find out more information?

I haven't answered this call but voicemail stated it was Omar Gutierrez to help with a home loan modification. He calls my phone every 30 min. to an hour! I had to block it. Every website I have checked reports this number and "Omar" as a scam. Watch out!
