received 6 calls from this number 949-954-9264, yesterday. Staring at 725am last one at 915pm!! I redialed the first call, it said it was Bank of America, I called my local branch, since this is my bank, they said it was NOT them. Did not answer or redial the following 5 calls. This morning first call from this number came at 736am. I have now blocked the number, let's see what happens next!!!
Missed a call from this number today. Shortly after got a call from 936-649-5310 as well. i will more than likely get 5 more missed calls from this loser today. he keeps calling from numbers all over the country.

I think it is a scam payday or installment loan place. It is 5:30 am here in California and they just called. I am blocking all of their numbers. Same place tried to call me and say I was being arrested for a civil lawsuit regarding wire fraud. A bunch of Indian's claiming to have Polish last names. I laughed at them.
I don't think you can be arrested for a civil suit, it has to be criminal. And since debt collection is not criminal until a judgement is gained they are lying to you
