I too just got this call.  With the recent problems with Anthem Blue cross being hacked and all the problems of other companies this past year, I don't even begin to answer numbers I do not know at all.  If they leave a message that is good and I will call back, but when they don't and they keep calling it is a RED FLAG.  the number 949-407-5252 has called several times and I have yet to get a message and will not answer.  I look up the number on the computer when I am worried and have had several numbers like this the past few months.  If they want to talk to you they will leave a message I feel otherwise, who really cares.

2 calls so far since Sat and no messages. Totally agree with Penny regarding not answering any unfamiliar numbers!  Obviously if it's a legit call they will leave a legit message.  Why would you ever want to answer a number you don't know??
