Man with heavy Indian accent trying to sell something.  I couldn't understand 75% of what he said. Blocked.

Received a call from 949-408-3232, picked it up and heard a man with a heavy accent...within that same minute while still on phone received a second call from the same phone number.  Hung up on the first guy and tried to get the second but it sounded like a woman and then the line was dead.
