I too received a bogus call from this number.  They got my first name right but the last name was totally garbled.  It was reminding me of a non existent doctor's appointment 3 days from now at 10:30 am.  The kicker - Doc's name was not clear but it sure sounded like Dr No show. Don't get it.

It's California Beemers dealership they call if you requested or submitted a form for a car at autotrader.com no worries. I identified that for you.

Some "construction" company that had my name.  Tried to call them back.  The number has been disconnected (?).
Some scammers.

This is an automated service used by at least one doctor (mine is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina) that reminds you of upcoming appointments. If I don't answer the phone, it leaves a brief voicemail.
