They've been calling me 3x/week for the last 1.5 years despite me telling them I had a "0" blance with Verizon when I voluntarily closed my account (got rid of my home landline) in 2013. The rep just didn't care & had the nerve to continue to tell me to pay an old (paid) bill! Seriously, how can these people sleep at night?
These people have been calling my number for many months now. I finally had enough and got their number this morning and called them back they are Diversified Consultants. When I called back the woman who answered denied they had just called. I told her she was lying and I had her number on my screen. She then asked if I knew Kelly. I do not know a Kelly. I told her never to call my number again and she said she was deleting my number. I called my phone company to block them from calling, and asked the phone company to have these people investigated. I am suspicious of people who call and when you call them back they lie about calling you at all. I intend to follow this up by calling the Attorney General's office in Sacramento to lodge a complaint and also am calling the BBB to ask some questions about them. The only way to deal with situations like this one is to start asking questions about people who call you constantly and then lie about it when they are caught!
