Continue to call. This is such a rip off. All of the services they provide can be done yourself for FREE by just calling your loan provider. These companies charge an initial $200 payment and than $99 for three months. They are charging you, as I said for services that are available to anyone student loan holder for FREE. Do not fall for their tactics. Call your loan provider yourself and see what your options are...for FREE.
From the others posters here, is likely student loan consolidation. They didn't even get that far. A live voice asked for me by name, I asked, "May I ask who's calling?" and the line went dead!
