Yes. They claimed to be the California Renewable Energy something or another. Asked me if my electric bill was over $100.00 a month. I asked them how they got my number and did they know that my number was on the "Do Not Call Registry"? Their response was that you have to renew your number on the "Do Not Call Registry" every 30 days. When I told them that was Bull they hung up.
