Roy Jackson called as the department of legal affairs for the U.S. Treasury. When I answered he stated that legal action was being taken. That I owed taxes from 2011 and he needed my attorneys name. When I questioned him about why the legal action was being taken, he said he did not have any details. He said since I had not responded to certified mail that I would now be arrested and I needed to call a Damon Barker at 949-891-8830, I guess the idiot did not realize he called me from the same number. I called back and asked for Barker. The female that answered stated she was his associate. I asked her for details and she transferred me to Chris Walker. Walker read what he said was an arrest warrant with charges of Theft by deception, and conspiracy to defraud the government. When I asked him where I worked he stated he didnt have that info. When I told him I was a Deputy Sheriff he started stammering. I told him I was waiting to be arrested and he hung up.
Got a call from David Cooper, a man with a heavy accent, and said he was from legal affairs. Said that if i don't call back I might have big legal problems. Did a reverse look up and noticed someone posted the same problem connected to the number. I won't call back.
Gave name (hispanic? accent) and said from treasury dept. Said legal procees had been started against me. Asked if I had a lawyer. When I replied that yes I do have a lawyer, he asked for information starting with the state I lived in. I responed with 'If you know legal events have been started against me then you should know what state I live in too. Goodbye' and hung up. Instantly dialed back two more times. I ingored both.
